Did you nail the AAT exams?

The latest set of AAT pass rates for the year ending 31 December 2025 are now out. They show the global CBA pass rates are up in three levels and holding steady in the other.

The Level 4 pass rates (71.4%) are again higher than those achieved at Level 3 (69.4%).

The four assessment UK students seem to struggle with most are AMAC (62.1%), MATS (63%), FAPS (63.9%), and AMAC (67.4%). One worry for AAT will be the gap in the AMAC pass rates between UK and Rest of the World (RoW) sitters –62.1% compared to just 38%.

The Audit and Assurance assessment is a good news story this time around, with the pass rate jumping from 77.3% to 81.3%. The pass rate for the RoW was also up, but only to 41%.

AAT also handed out more merits and distinctions this year for its Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting. But getting a distinction is still tough, with just 3.94% of students awarded at Level 4.
