The Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service is looking for a Finance Officer.
It wants an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join the busy finance department at its service headquarters on the outskirts of Exeter.
The role is responsible for processing financial transactions and recharges, assisting in the provision of accountancy services and financial management processes, and providing financial advice to acceptable standards.
Applicants must be progressing, or have a desire to study towards an appropriate finance qualification, such as AAT or equivalent. The service is committed to develop the right candidate so funding and time will be made available for training towards a qualification.
