ACCA suffer another ‘outgage’, this time on Friday 11 December – what a way to end the first exam week!
The outage happened between 8.15am and 11.15am on myACCA, and it is investigating the issue as a matter of urgency as we go into the second week of exam sittings.
Some 200 students have been affected by this outage and ACCA sent them an SMS with a workaround like that was made available from 10.15am. ACCA said: “We understand this worked for the majority.”
If students were unable to sit on Friday am then ACCA will be contacting them about their options.
ACCA again apologised profusely for the inconvenience caused today.
