PKF Francis Clark has welcomed 44 new trainee accountants and tax advisers this year, with most starting their careers this summer.
The new recruits are based across offices in Bristol, Exeter, Plymouth, Torquay, Taunton, Truro, Polle and Salisbury.
During their first weeks, they have taken part in an induction programme at the University of Exeter, designed to help them build connections with colleagues, develop key skills and gain a deeper understanding of the firm’s culture and values.
Trainees participated in a range of activities focused on team building, self-reflection and personal development. Alongside learning more about the profession they are entering, trainees explored the importance of ethics in accountancy and tax, and the positive impact they can have through the work they do for clients, communities and wider society.
