Communication skills vital for AAT’s

A new AAT qualification is just around the corner for Level 4 students (it’s launching in 2026)! AAT’s Clare Dye (pictured) says communication skills will be core, with Level 4 students focusing on the importance of collaboration, escalation, and delegation.

At Level 2 and 3 students will learn about the importance of communication in establishing effective business relationships, as well as recognising the impact of ineffective and inappropriate communication.
