There have been major technical issues with the Association of Tax Technicians new exam platform TestReach.
Exam sitters struggled over the first two exam days, and after careful consideration ATT announced it had made the decision to postpone exams on 7 May 2026 – that is Paper 3 Business Compliance and Paper 6 VAT.
ATT said the decision was not taken lightly, but it feels it is in the best interests of candidates while the issues are ongoing.
The Association said it will now be working to offer another sitting for these papers ‘very soon’, and further information will be provided to candidates once this is available.
PQ magazine has been told of frozen screens, with exams ending suddenly before the allotted time. There was also no ‘exam ended’ message, as promised.
