CGMA Week: exploring what’s next

CIMA is hosting CGMA Week from 2 to 8 November, a global celebration of the CGMA designation together with a look at what’s next for finance and accounting.

This year’s theme, CGMA: Ready for What’s Next, reflects the important role Chartered Global Management Accountants play in helping organisations navigate change, embrace innovation and create long-term value in an increasingly dynamic world.

Throughout the week, CIMA members, CGMA students and volunteers from across the globe will share their experiences, achievements and aspirations, offering valuable insights into the skills, opportunities and career paths shaping the future of the profession. Whether you’re a member, student or volunteer, CIMA is inviting you to join the conversation by reflecting on two simple questions. You can share your story using #CGMAweek in whatever format feels right for you, whether that’s a short video, a photo or a written post:

  • What are you most proud of?
  • What are you looking forward to?

Wherever you are in your CGMA journey, CGMA Week is an opportunity to connect with the CGMA community, celebrate professional achievements and explore what it means to be ready for what’s next.
