MHA has completed the acquisition of Baker Tilly South-East Europe in a deal valued at €24 million.
MHA, which has 23 offices in the UK, Ireland, and Cayman Islands, informed the London Stock Exchange of the acquisition on 7 May.
Baker Tilly South-Esat Europe has 12 partners and 400 professionals working in seven offices across Cyprus, Greece, and other areas in Europe. It recently reported €19.4m in revenues.
MHA CEO, Rakesh Shaunak (pictured), said: “As we said at the time of our recent IPO, strategic M&A forms an important component of our medium-term growth aspirations, and our acquisition of BTSEE is a key milestone in MHA establishing a significant presence in continental Europe.”
