DJH has made its first acquisition in the South of England, as it looks to move into the accountancy sector’s ‘top 20’.
DJH has bought up Bexley-based accountants McBrides.
Following a series of 10 acquisitions in three years, the firm has grown into a multi-disciplinary team of 580 people across 10 offices in the Midlands, North West and Yorkshire.
This is also the fifth transaction private equity company Tenzing has supported DJH with since 2022.
