What are the human skills that are becoming more important as AI becomes more prominent in the workplace?

In this month’s episode AAT’s Zoe Smith sits down with Ali Jaw and John Toon.
Toon says he sees AI affecting particular roles and particular jobs, but feels the profession will be fine! They both called on students to be curious and be prepared to take on the challenges you are given.
Right at the end of the podcast you even get their top study tips! Jaw says rote learning is fine to pass an exam, but put your focus on understanding what you are doing, and that will serve you better on the long-term. Toon said it was all about exam practice. The real pressure point is when you come to sitting those exams, and for him ideally you want to pass them first time!
