Meet Emilia (Millie) Goubert, who recently became a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers.
She is the youngest person to ever achieve it too – she turned 27 in September!
Goubert sat her first ICB exam in 2022, and said from the start she knew becoming a fellow was something she wanted to work towards. Since then, she has been studying and completing more qualifications on and off. And, she will soon be launching her very own bookkeeping practice, Etaile!
Her most recent achievement was completing the third Level 4 certificate, which alongside being a member of good standing and meeting the various other criteria meant she could apply for Fellowship.
Not bad for someone who won ICB Student of the Year in 2024.
