The company invests in companies who are changing the world through machine learning, AI, data science and data-based propositions.
They have a massively growing portfolio with 55 companies currently – this was 20 companies 3 years ago, so you can really get a feel for how big they are growing. They have plans to grow by 50% in 2022!
They have a small finance team made up of the COO, FD (head of finance), fund controller and a financial analyst.
This is the perfect move for someone who is looking for that next step up because they outsource their accounting function, leaving the rest of the team to get involved in the more exciting stuff, such as modelling, investor relations, fund structures etc. which isn’t usually touched by the corporate finance team.
Their offices are in London or Cambridge and give you the freedom to choose what 3 days you would like to spend in the office, with 2 days working from home.
