PwC back on campus as in-person recruitment returns

PwC has returned to in-person university visits for the first-time in two years after the Coved enforced hiatus.

The Big 4 firm also promised to visit more universities than ever before, including a broader range beyond the Russell Group. Over 100 UK universities are now on the list.

There will still be a virtual reality option with a new version of its ‘Virtual Park’ – to ensure it remains as accessible and inclusive as possible.

Ian Elliott, chief people officer at PwC said: “We recruit over 2,000 students each year and want to increase that number further. This means continually expanding our recruitment net, hence broadening the range of universities we visit, and ensuring cost and travel aren’t barriers to access. Our Virtual Park remains a vital part of our recruitment programme – it’s allowed us to increase the number of students we reach and offers the flexibility of meeting us either in person or virtually.”
