Vanessa Aradia (pictured), Head of Learning and Development at the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) explains in in the latest PQ magazine how the new assessment regime will highlight those who can best do the job.
She says: “The certificate on your wall is about to mean something more than it ever has: proof, verified in real work, that you can be trusted with the books. Knowledge was only ever part of the story. Make sure you’re building the rest.”
