Women in accountancy lunch-time seminar

Queen Mary University of London and PQ magazine have joined forces to celebrate International Women’s Day.

We are putting on a free lunch-time (12am-1pm) seminar ‘Women in Accountancy – making women count’ on Monday 11 March, and would love for you to join us.

Female accountants today still face a number of challenges in the finance profession.

Many of the professional bodies say they are committed to highlighting these issues and making the business case for recruiting and retaining female financial talent.

However, there is still a ‘glass ceiling, so how are women going to punch through?

We have a panel of women who will share their experiences and insights into what it is really like for women working in accountancy in 2024.
