The student shortlist for the 2022 LUCA awards has been published.
The awards, which celebrate the brightest and best of the bookkeeping profession, will take place on the evening of 7 November at the Park Plaza Hotel, overlooking the Houses of Parliament in Westminster. The evening will follow the Bookkeepers’ Summit, the world’s biggest conference for bookkeepers, organised by the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB).
This year, there are six categories that will recognise the achievements of bookkeeping students, apprentices, and training providers. The shortlist is as follows:

For those on the shortlist, a nomination for a prestigious LUCA Award is a real springboard for their careers. Student of the Year nominee, Siobhan Ife (pictured) MICB PM.Dip commented on how honoured she was to be in the running for an award; “I feel absolutely thrilled to have been shortlisted and I am incredibly grateful for the nomination in recognition of my studies.”
