Students prefer classroom learning

What could your accountancy body do better for you? Well, ICAS asked just that question of its students to help it improve services to them.

Interestingly, two-thirds (64%) of Scottish Institute PQs said they prefer classroom learning, with just 21% leaning towards online learning.

Areas highlighted as requiring improvements were ‘response times’, ‘the quality of information received’, and the ‘efficiency of ICAS administration’.

The areas with the highest satisfaction were ‘ICAS reputation’, ‘classroom-based teaching’, and ‘quality of ICAS material’.
